ABOUT BRIANNA DALLEVA

I am an Operations Supervisor at CVS Health and a graduate student at UMass Lowell pursuing my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a strong academic foundation in psychology and hands-on clinical experience, I am passionate about applying evidence-based behavioral principles to improve outcomes for individuals, families, and organizations.My professional background includes working one-on-one as a Behavior Therapist with children that have a wide range of developmental and intellectual disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex needs. I have collaborated closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze behavioral data, and promote functional, meaningful skill development. I pride myself on being culturally sensitive, family-centered, and committed to inclusive practices that respect each client’s unique background and strengths.Beyond clinical work, I bring strong skills in relationship building, behavior modification, coping skills promotion, and behavioral support planning skills that translate seamlessly into leadership, operations, and team development within healthcare and organizational settings.I strongly believe in whole-person wellness, focusing on both mental and physical health. Outside of work and school, I am an avid lifter and currently training for my first amateur boxing fight with Lucky Punch Boxing, which has strengthened my discipline, resilience, and commitment to personal growth. I also maintain side roles caring for dogs and cats and providing childcare, reflecting my dependable, compassionate, and service-oriented nature.
