When you see a social media ad from one of the biggest (and in my opinion, most fabulous) North American and EU fashion brands, just know that I’ve played a critical role in getting that content to your mobile device. As a digital marketing specialist I spearhead creative strategy and implementation for numerous paid channels, most especially paid social. Inthralled by the ability to face new challenges daily, I truly enjoy the ever changing digital landscape. The fun doesn’t stop once we launch an ad backed by month long strategic thinking/briefing; it’s where the fun begins. My team and executive leadership count on me to provide detailed reporting on the performance of our marketing initiatives both in written and oral forms to showcase what’s working and why. Is it storytelling? Is it the key product we’ve worked closely with merchandising & vendors to showcase? Is it the leanings from the previous major campaign? Is it the social / channel first content archetype? It’s all of the above. It’s my job to make sure all of the above happens by regularly highlighting KPI data to best inform our next move.
