Founder of 180byBri Fitness - the home for women who are seeking a 180 transformation, both mentally & physically.As a former D1 athlete and military vet, I also have a collective experience of over 12 years in the fitness industry.I noticed a gap in the fitness world where women weren’t presented with bespoke options to achieve a holistic health transformation from the inside-out; from what workouts were tailored to their goals, the nutritional guidance they needed, macro specifications for their body type and fitness goals, as well as the mindset shift they truly needed to put all of this together for a real, sustainable lifestyle change. I wanted to bridge that gap and that’s how 180byBri was born 5 years ago.
