Hola! Salam! Salve! Hello! My name is Brianna Brown,(you can call me Bri), and I am your friendly neighborhood bartender-teacher-world traveler-trained emt.you get the jist! I have an extremely wide array of work, volunteer, and travel experience. This may be confusing on the outside looking in, but my philosophy is that life is short. It is important that we take advantage of trying life out before it is too late to pursue interests. And as long as you\'re alive, there is no such thing as \"too late\". I graduated from Arizona State University in 2017 with my degree in Health Education and Health Promotion. With my degree, I have been able to hold wellness coaching positions as well as become a Peace Corps Ethiopia volunteer. Unfortunately, I was in the Peace Corps in 2020 when COVID hit, so as a result, I was a part of global evacuation. My time there was extremely invaluable, and it is a bit of a sore spot for me that I was not able to continue my service due to the pandemic. But onward and forward is the direction in which we must move! In November of 2020, I moved to Montana. This is where I began my career in stand-up comedy, tried my hand at burlesque, and obtained my EMT license. With my EMT license, I worked at Billings Clinic ER. I enjoyed my time there as it taught me not only clinical, hard skills, but I also learned how to handle so many situations-from de-escalation tactics, to comforting people in viscerally deep pain. It made me a better communicator and also gave me some stories to tell. I moved back home to Arizona in 2022 where I picked up in my bartending career and also became a teacher. I currently teach 75 second graders at a charter school across multiple subjects. This past summer, I traveled not only for leisure, but I also went to Peru where I earned my Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certification. I bought this TEFL certification program back in 2020, so I am ecstatic that I was able to finally able to achieve getting something I\'ve been waiting so long to get ahold of. I was also able to hone in on my Spanish skills as it is a goal of mine to become fully bilingual. In September 2024, I enrolled in Medical Sales College so that I could transition back into a career involving the field of medicine as I genuinely miss working in a hospital setting and really do love medicine as an art form. I am a go-getter who is willing to go where I need to go in order to do what needs to get done. I am excited to step into a new path that will be my life for a long time to come!
