At PG & E, I serve on the leadership team for our General Counsel and Ethics, Risk and Compliance (GCERC) department. The Enterprise Law group I serve includes dedicated legal professionals in Litigation, Corporate, Finance and Governance, and Human Resources (labor and employment) teams, Legal Support, Law Claims, and Corporate Secretary’s office. Our work supports a broad range of clients and stakeholders, including PG & E’s customers, investors, regulators, our coworkers and union partners, senior management and the boards of directors.In my prior work as a Partner at Pillsbury, I worked with public and private companies in corporate finance, corporate governance, venture capital, SEC disclosure, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
