I am a payroll and people operations professional with over 11 years of experience supporting high-volume, multi-state organizations across the technology sector. My work focuses on building reliable, scalable payroll operations through strong systems, clear processes, and cross-functional collaboration.Throughout my career, I have managed end-to-end payroll cycles, supported employee populations in complex multi-state environments, and partnered closely with HR, Finance, and HRIS teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. I have extensive experience working in modern payroll platforms including Workday and ADP Workforce Now. In addition to payroll operations, I bring strong payroll accounting and reconciliation experience. I regularly partner with Finance teams to review payroll journals, validate accruals, reconcile variances, and ensure alignment between payroll registers and general ledger postings. This accounting perspective allows me to identify discrepancies earlier, strengthen internal controls, and support accurate financial reporting at month-end and year-end. I take pride in bridging the gap between payroll operations and accounting to reduce risk and improve overall process integrity.Beyond day-to-day execution, I focus on process improvement and risk prevention.
