The Business Information Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the Information Security Program, Policies, and Procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:+ Manage the FL/AL lines of business for information exposures and risk to accidental or intentional destruction, disclosure, modification or information that may cause serious financial and/or information loss to the bank.+ Serve as an internal consulting resource for information security.(FL & AL)+ Investigate and recommend appropriate escalation and corrective actions for information security incidents.(FL & AL)+ Work with Business Continuity Team during events for interruption of information systems and information security risk/exposure.(FL & AL)+ Prepare quarterly Risk Committee Cybersecurity metrics and key risk indicators.(FL & AL)+ Develop, implement and maintain the information security program, standards, policies, procedures, risk assessments, controls and guidelines for multiple platforms and systems.(Bank-wide)+ Administer operational and administrative activities associated with Information Security.(Bank-wide)+ Serve on the Incident Response Team Program.(Bank-wide)+ Monitor Social Media for information security and reputation risk.(Bank-wide)+ Perform Vendor Due Diligence for information security controls.(Bank-wide)+ Working with Training Department, coordinate and/or facilitate information security new employee orientation, employee training and security awareness programs.(Bank-wide)+ Administer the Security Awareness Training Program and Phishing Simulation Platform. Roll out targeted phishing campaigns, track, and report.(Bank-wide)+ Scope and assess proper access and separation of duties reviews for the Bank\'s various systems.(Bank-wide)+ Work closely with Network Security Architect and Application Security Architect on projects.(Bank-wide)+ Prepare quarterly Information Security Newsletter and eBulletins.(Bank-wide)
