I have been working in the locum tenens industry since 2015. I originally began as a physician consultant. After a few years and a natural pull toward supporting the growth of others, I transitioned into leadership in 2018. My passion for leadership in this industry is primarily driven from two places:1. The positive impact we have on patients, providers, and hospitals. When business is done right, it’s amazing how far that positive impact can spread. To share what has been such a positive experience for myself with others: a worthy endeavor, a continuous challenge, and a community of support.
