About Brian Levine
Experienced STEM educator across all ages, public presenter, event planner, and program manager/administrator. With a BS in Astrophysics, I started my career as a 6th grade science teacher in Brooklyn. I fell in love with informal education, spending 16 years working at AMNH, in long-term youth programming, public programming, and presenting in the planetarium. During that time, I also got involved with NYCMER, and helped run and expand Astronomy on Tap. I\'ve attended and presented at science education and communication meetings and conferences around the world (mainly ASTC, ECSITE, NISENET, NSTA). I am currently hunting for jobs in informal STEM Education, program management and administration, public programs/science communication, or other related fields.
