About Brian Saville

I am a software architect and engineer who is passionate about making products that are well architected, designed, and implemented. I also have many skills as a system administrator. I currently have worked in areas with emphases on integration technologies, web services, and MVC web frameworks such as Grails.Previously I worked 4 1/2 years in IT related fields. My interests in this area were web based applications and related databases. I thoroughly enjoy programming and am fluent in Groovy, Java, C#, and PHP. I have also often worked with Python, Perl, C, C++, and shell scripting.My schooling consists of a BS degree in Computer Engineering followed by a MS degree in Information Technology at BYU.I am a very active member of my church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, otherwise known as LDS. I also play the french horn, and have participated as much as I could in the band programs at BYU.
