About Brian Kramer

As an emotionally intelligent J&J Director with a Neuroscience PhD, I have acquired a wealth of Medical Affairs and Research & Development experience in both immunology and neurobiology. Driven by dissatisfaction with the status quo and a desire to get life-saving therapies to patients, I have worked across functions to enthusiastically build consensus and eliminate innovation-numbing silos. Applying this same philosophy I guide my teams to work across organizations to intentionally engage internal and external stakeholders driving education centered around on our patients needs.By leveraging my customer-facing roles as a Scientist, MSL, and MSL Field Director, I have learned the art of active listening and how to ask probing questions. With an eye for turning obstacles into opportunity, I have used my passion for mentoring into opportunities to model what authentic collaboration looks like. As a \"Scientific Evangelist\" I demonstrated my ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, being recognized for four issued and six published patents, 17 peer-reviewed publications, and numerous abstracts and presentations. Areas of expertise include:
