   I lead Rehmann’s System and Organization Control (SOC) practice, which addresses examinations of controls that affect both financial reporting (SOC 1) and security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy principles (SOC 2). I serve on the Firm’s Assurance IT subcommittee and lead the Toledo employee benefit plan audit practice.In addition, I provide financial statement audit, review and compilation services to closely-held businesses. I also assist with compliance issues, internal audits and employee benefit plan audits. As a consultant, I share industry expertise and develop innovative solutions to improve best practices, entities and transactions.
