I am a Texas Board Certified Construction Lawyer who deals almost exclusively with construction and construction related matters. We handle construction issues that start at the design and pre-construction stages, and proceed through construction, turn-over, operation, warranty and maintenance. I also have an active mediation/arbitration practice for all manner of civil disputes. Our clients range from local electrical and mechanical subs to regional/national general contractors and specialty contractors. Example sectors of work include: municipal, highway and heavy civil (TxDOT), Government (DOD, COE, GSA, DHS, NASA, VA, etc) schools, churches, university and professional sports stadiums, hospitals, large and small commercial, civil works (sewer and water treatment plants, landfills, pumping stations, etc) big block retail, and high-end residential.
