Experience
Vice President - Retail Growth and Experience
Jan 2026 — Present · Westminster, CO, US
I lead retail growth strategy through the branch network, with accountability for driving sustainable member and product growth through disciplined strategy, execution, and performance management. My role provides executive oversight of branch growth initiatives and branch-based experience strategy, with “experience” focused specifically on how in-branch interactions, service models, and operating practices influence growth, retention, and engagement. The emphasis is practical and outcome-driven: improving how growth happens at the point of human interaction.I partner closely with retail leadership and cross-functional teams to assess performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that improve branch effectiveness and scalability. This includes testing new approaches, refining operating models, and supporting consistent execution across the retail footprint.I also retain responsibility for retail analytics and reporting, with a Director of Retail Growth and supporting analyst team reporting into my organization. Together, we use data to inform decisions, track results, and ensure growth strategies are grounded in measurable performance. This role is focused on strengthening branch-led growth through clarity, insight, and disciplined execution.
