ABOUT BRIAN KALT

Mr. Kalt is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the biogas and oil & gas wastewater treatment sectors. Brian’s expertise spans executive leadership, operational planning, project and business development, client relations, and media strategy. He is widely respected for his integrity, results-driven approach, and forward-thinking vision in navigating today’s evolving energy landscape.Serving in the United States Marine Corps, Brian deployed three times and is a combat veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He has received numerous awards and citations, including the Presidential Unit Citation. Brian brings battlefield-tested discipline and mission-driven focus to the complex world of clean energy infrastructure.As President of Island Renewable Energies, Mr. Kalt leads the development, financing, and execution of multi-million-dollar renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and ESG-aligned solutions. He has a proven track record of raising both debt and equity capital, managing strategic growth, and guiding organizations through every phase of project development.He is also a strong advocate for cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion — principles he actively integrates into his leadership philosophy and organizational culture.Brian holds a B.S. from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, and an MBA from The University of Texas.
