Company Partner with overall responsibility for construction operations. Primary responsibilities include oversight of all company activities related to safety, detailing, sheet metal and piping fabrication, and field installation. This includes a total workforce of over 400 union shop and field personnel, and 10 office personnel.In addition to construction operations, I spend time as a Project Executive working with an internal group of project managers to maintain a portion of our customer base. Activities in this role include management of the client relationship, concept budgeting, constructability reviews and project bidding.Notable construction projects during this role include support buildings at Apple Campus 2 such as the Corporate Fitness Center, Site Reception Centers and the R&D Test Complex. Other projects include the Facebook MPK-60 & 61 tenant improvement and a Central Plant Expansion and 6.5MW ground-up Data Center for Vantage in Santa Clara, CA.
