I am currently Senior Recruiting Manager for Kao Corporation - a leader in the beauty care business. Our brands include Jergens, Biore, John Freida Hair Care, Goldwell and Molton Brown. I manage our hiring in the North America and Europe.Prior to Kao, I spent eight years as the recruiting leader for Convergys Corporation. Convergys is the leader in call center outsourcing and I managed their recruiting efforts in the United States and Canada. I have called Cincinnati home since graduating from Georgetown University in 1995 and have many connections with recruiters at various companies in Cincinnati.
