Brian J. Parker is a Support Escalation Manager at Tessitura, overseeing a team of Support Escalation Specialists and Technical Analysts who provide support for Tessitura’s CRM platform.He previously was a Senior Product Adoption Specialist who helped 87 organizations successfully complete their upgrades to the latest major release of Tessitura, v16.Prior to joining Tessitura, he was the Consortium Manager for Tulsa Arts Management Consortium starting in 2017, an organization that provides Tessitura database support for ten arts and cultural organizations in Tulsa.Before that, he was the Development Manager in charge of Annual Fund giving and the Barre Society membership group for Tulsa Ballet. He joined Tulsa Ballet staff in February 2015.Brian is originally from Maine and he graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2006 and a Master of Arts in English in 2008. Before moving to Oklahoma, Brian taught college composition at the University of Maine and at Husson University in Bangor, Maine. He moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in the summer of 2011.Brian lives with his wife, Katelyn, and their cats Teagan, Oren, and Shiro in a 1911 bungalow located in one of Tulsa’s oldest neighborhoods.
