Spending the last 25 years in this business has given me the opportunity to see multiple facets of our industry. I\'ve personally experienced the challenges that come with starting day 1 as a very green originator and through the school of ‘hard-knocks’ becoming a top producer in my market. I’ve also had the opportunity to start and grow branches, areas and regions which required a significantly different set of skills. None of these skills were acquired through individual effort alone – others played a significant role in any success I’ve ever experienced.Becoming a success in this business requires a lot of things - one of them is a partner and coach within your organization. Someone who has gone before and is willing to support you in your efforts to become your best.
