More than 26 years programming and application development experience specializing in high availability, real-time environments.Currently, I support the technology needs of the Corporate Audit division worldwide for BMO. This includes MetricStream application support, providing/facilitating access to applications companywide, administration of RACF access, SharePoint development, administration and access. Additionally, I analyze data and create reports based on this data.I enjoy solving problems, finding creative solutions, and challenging work opportunities. Being in IT, I realize the importance of constantly keeping pace with new technologies. I enjoy learning, and work to keep up with the newest technology. I continually take classes and read to keep informed and relevant. I also enjoy teaching what I\'ve learned to others, and have realized I\'m a tremendous tutor and mentor.
