Early adopter of the Service-Now Platform which supports highly visible and transparent views throughout the organization regarding resource allocations and project priorities.~ Identified business opportunity with an on-line loan application interfacing with industry leading loan origination system. Led the team to build the internal application with an architecture that productized the application including such features as an administration and configuration tool. Created legal structure to facilitate sales to other credit unions. Software sales to date have produced a 56% ROI.
