I am an experienced Senior IT Leader, with over 20 years of diverse experience in the development and delivery of digital solutions to bridge the gap between IT and business maximizing return on IT investment. Managing sophisticated, large-scale projects to successful completion, I lead the development and deployment of new technologies to ensure successful implementation and cost-benefit performance. A brief selection of my accomplishments:~ Constructed an entire IT department and infrastructure from scratch for an Upper Tier Municipal Government ~ Facilitated the sale of a subsidiary closing a $200M sale within six months of completing installation of upgraded ERP and POS systems ~ Delivered reductions to annual operating costs by $450K per year without taking into account headcount reductions due to automation, after a fourteen year tenure ~ Drove response time up by 200%, reduced IT support calls by 25%, improved mobility and security of network access, and saved $50K/year on the operating budget. I lead project teams and the technology function, motivating staff and contractors to deliver the utmost quality under aggressive deadlines. Ensuring teams remain vigilant, I develop and facilitate learning and development empowering staff to minimize risk and safeguard organizations.
