Brian is Partner, CCO at Agency59, one of Canada\'s most enduring independents.(Founded in 1959, hence the name.) He served as Chair of the Usherwood Award Committee, recognizing outstanding creative contributions to Canadian advertising & design; Chair of the Advisory Board of Humber College Media Copywriting, Design and Art Direction programs; and President of the Advertising & Design Club of Canada. He contributes to Communication Arts and other publications. His essays have appeared in the Globe and Mail. He\'s had over 20 short stories published in literary publications around the world.Brian received the Humanities Medal upon graduation from McMaster University, Hamilton.
