If you don\'t know me, I am a very creative, friendly, motivated, selfless, and energetic person.Most recently, I served as the manager of the Account Services department at a digital marketing agency in Kansas City, executing the highest level of communication and strategy in client relations. Daily, I facilitate company, account, and individual growth, supervising my team, overseeing the development of projects through each of their life cycle stages, and building relationships at multiple levels within a wide variety of organizations, including my own.More than 16 years of client-facing roles have awarded me an advanced interpersonal communication skill set, along with the ability to quickly and easily accommodate a wide array of personalities and situations.I feel very comfortable in management positions, with more than 11 years of experience leading and coaching teams of up to 15 members.I am proud of my dynamic marketing background, including the aforementioned digital agency, as well as previously acting as Marketing Manager for a company in Denver, working with sizable accounts including Facebook, Google, Ford, and Chipotle.
