I have lead the formation of a storm water section that is specifically marketing storm water expertise to municipalities, counties, private development, and transportation projects. Having over 15 years of experience in the management and design of water resource projects, I currently oversee the storm water section of a water resource division. The projects I have designed and oversaw largely focused on the implementation of storm water, drainage, bridges, and other hydraulic improvements and have frequently required multiple environmental permits. I participate in the marketing and business development of our projects, create the contracts for awarded projects, and execute the management of design projects, which includes the analysis, design, development of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for drainage, storm water, and utility projects studies across the country. My background includes a strong emphasis on the analysis and modeling and permitting of storm water quantity, storm water quality, CSO diversion and treatments, floodplain modeling, and storm water hydraulics.
