ABOUT BRIAN HAGY

I currently lead the team that onboards new field inspectors for Seek Now, a \"ground truth\" company providing data on demand for our customers. The members on my team are a \"Swiss Army\" tool at the company and we can handle many different tasks that require a lot of flexibility and good communication. We gather live data for “right-now” knowledge to help our clients solve their business problems and manage their assets efficiently. The work can be challenging at times; it requires a lot of flexibility as the industry is changing a lot right now, and there can be erratic jumps in claim volume from weather events, which typically translates into a higher activity level at abnormal intervals.Prior to Seek Now, I spent a number of years developing a well-rounded skill set, that is likely why the highly flexible nature of my position works so well for me. I spent ten years in the Army National Guard as an Infantryman. I spent several years on active duty and learned a lot about leadership and communication during my time in the military. I attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. After the military, I completed both my Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degree at the University of Kentucky. Coursework there contained heavy emphasis on supply chain management, data analytics, leadership and new product development. I have developed proficiency with many business tools over my time in business including MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, and Excel, and I use them all on a regular basis to communicate with a national subcontractor inspection force and work collaboratively with my team. I also have a good familiarity with PowerBi. I have also worked in sales and logistics and done everything from labor to managing large resale retail operations since completing my college education. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am happily married to my wife, and we have three children, two girls and one boy. I enjoy woodworking, beekeeping, boating and fishing with my spare time.
