As MoFo’s Chief Operating Officer, I lead the firm’s financial, operational, marketing, and administrative functions, ensuring seamless alignment with the firm’s commitment to client service, innovation, and operational excellence. My focus is on building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture that supports both business growth and exceptional client outcomes. As part of the executive leadership team, I help to drive the formulation, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that support the firm’s continued growth and transformation.Before joining MoFo, I held prominent leadership roles in the consulting industry, most recently serving as Managing Director & Partner and Chief Operating Officer for North America at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG, I served on the Global Operations Leadership Team and played key leadership roles on the firm\'s North America COVID-19 Response Team and Racial Equity Taskforce. I was also an active member of BCG\'s Pride Network.
