As a Senior Director of Construction with a civil engineering foundation and almost 20 years of experience, I bring a strategic, programmatic approach to leading high-impact construction, infrastructure, and real estate development initiatives. My career spans field operations, retrofits, new store builds, supply chain builds and enterprise-level programs—most recently leading the construction of Target\'s growth in Supply Chain expanding Flow Centers, Sortation Centers, Food Distribution Centers and new node types. I currently lead a team of Directors managing the Architects, Designers, Senior Project Managers, and Senior Owner Site Representatives, across all Supply Chain node types, driving alignment, risk management, and strategic execution. Additionally this team includes experts in Environmental Regulatory Compliance managing risk and ensuring we are doing the right things to manage our broad portfolio across HQ, stores and supply chain. My leadership is grounded in inclusion, collaboration, and trust—values that shape how I engage cross-functional teams, contractors/consultants, and executive stakeholders.
