About Brian Good

I am the Founder and CEO of iBorrow, a private real estate debt fund for commercial real estate. I previously founded Eagle RPM (loan servicing, property and asset management) and Eagle Group Brokerage (Loan Servicing and Brokerage) and successfully acquired, re-positioned and managed a large real estate portfolio. Prior to starting these companies, I served as President and Board Member of TenantDirect.com, the developer of the first web-based property management software system for the real estate industry. My 25 year career has been focused on commercial real estate portfolio growth and debt financing. I have led deals that cumulatively exceed several billion dollars worth of value. Notably, I oversaw the $97.5 million acquisition loan on a downtown New York City commercial property, a $52 recapitalization of a student housing transaction in Philadelphia, and multiple noteworthy transactions throughout the country. I hold a B.A. from The University of California, Santa Barbara, a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. I am a licensed broker in California and a member of the State Bar of California. I have served as an adjunct professor at UCLA Extension where I curated and taught several courses. I currently serve on many boards including the Southern California Golf Association Foundation, and The Guardians/ Jewish Home for the Aging. I recently served as a Board member of Brentwood School and President of the Brentwood School Alumni Association and on the Board of Overseers for the Hebrew Union College, where I started the Young Ambassadors to the College program.Specialties: I utilize over 25 years of experience in the real estate profession to offer a broad range of expertise in many areas including finance and lending, tax, legal, investor relations, and management. As a lender and owner of commercial real estate, I can offer a unique perspective to potential borrowers who own properties of all different types and at different levels of stabilization.
