As Marketing Director, it\'s my job to hit KPIs & achieve growth — but above all else, I believe in a customer-first approach to marketing. I focus on building emotional connections with the belief that if you put your customers above everything, they will come back.At Agena Astro, our core mission is to help people enjoy the wonders of the night sky. I like to say that we don\'t sell telescope gear — we sell the magical feeling of seeing Saturn\'s rings for the first time, or the thrill of watching your first photograph of a galaxy appear on your screen.I credit prioritizing these emotional bonds with customers for much of the success so far in my career, and I can\'t wait to share where else we go.
