I got started in technology as a way to learn and grow my understanding of how a business works. I love the opportunity to dig into business problems through both a customer and technology lens, whether it is working in telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, or a non-profit. I am a strong believer in the power of technology to deliver innovative new products and to delight customers. I\'m not a fan of technology for technology sake – but instead I\'m focused on technology as an enabler of better customer and business outcomes. Sometimes a technical solution is not the right answer! When it comes to work, three things get me out of bed in the morning:1. Building and growing teams.
