At one point, he managed a team of 250 people.He\'s been interviewed by Forbes, Business Insider, and the Wall Street Journal. And was a speaker at General Electric\'s leadership conference.After Deloitte he wanted to take everything he learned and give it to founders who were actually building something.So he built two businesses:An advisory practice where he helps $5M–$50M founders with growth strategy and org design. 15 companies advised to date.And a recruiting agency where he builds teams in Latin America for scaling founders.
