Recently lead a team of HR Business Development Engagement Executives who lead global human resources due diligence, contract negotiations, resource solution and integration planning for acquisitions, divestitures and strategic outsourcing deals across the Americas. This also includes an HR team of Transition Managers who focus on management training, employee on-boarding, and HR content for announcement meetings.I have more than 26 years experience with IBM/Kyndryl in a variety of Human Resource and Consulting roles. Primary contributions to IBM and it\'s clients have been through HR Leadership, Delivery, and Implementation in all HR Core areas (M&A, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Project Management/Integration, HR Business Partner and HR Transformation).In 2006, I moved into IBM\'s Human Capital Management practice delivering HR Transformation Consulting Services to medium and large companies across multiple industries.
