About Brian Falther
I’m a mechanical engineer and entrepreneur with over a 15 years of experience in designing and launching physical systems, scaling operations, and leading cross-functional teams. From robotics and wellness spaces to large-scale construction and product ecosystems, I’ve built from idea to launch across multiple disciplines and projects.I thrive at the intersection of systems thinking and hands-on execution. I’ve led design-build projects from idea to CAD to ribbon-cutting, managed multidisciplinary engineering teams, and launched customer-facing innovations under tight timelines and high operational complexity.Most recently, I founded and launched BASK, a wellness brand and physical facility engineered from the ground up — from facility layout and product development to mechanical systems, staffing, software stack, and customer experience. Prior to that, I co-founded Bowery Farming, where I served as the systems engineering lead, developing the foundational technology and infrastructure of the company’s proprietary commercial farming system.What drives me is solving hard, real-world problems — especially those involving robotics, automation, operational design, and the human experience.
