Unleashing talent is my passion. I love finding the hidden gems within organizations and enabling their innate abilities. I accomplish this through servant leadership, supporting these incredible individuals to focus on serving clients and delivering revenue. My career has been a series of these types of events. I\'ve joined organizations that had underperforming teams in Professional Services, Client Services, Customer Success and similar disciplines. Through direct, trust based conversations, I quickly find those blockers that are constraining the team from being their best. Sometimes it is a simple as coaching a leader to be less of a manager and more of a coach. Other times it is organizational process that is holding them back. There are many other examples but I\'ve yet to find a situation that can\'t be solved quickly. My philosophy is simple: When you have the right people and you lead them in the right way, those individuals take care of the clients, and then revenue and profit just happens. I\'m actively seeking advisory and consulting opportunities. My areas of specialization are in Professional Services with a focus on Project Management, Client Services with a focus on Technology-based solutions and Customer Success with a focus on Customer Care and Sell-Through.
