My leadership philosophy centers around building a high-performance culture by mentoring and empowering professionals, ensuring that my teams are aligned with business objectives to maximize impact.I oversee initiatives designed to enhance brand positioning, member engagement, and business expansion, ensuring long-term sustainable growth. In addition to internal leadership, I represent the Credit Union in high-level engagements with major business partners, industry organizations, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders. I provide executive-level financial reporting and strategic insights to the board of directors, ensuring data-driven decision-making at the highest level.In 2024, I led the investment program to record-breaking growth, setting and exceeding ambitious revenue and performance targets. We set a revenue goal 62% higher than the program\'s long-term average and surpassed it, finishing the year at 105% of goal. This represented a 301% year-over-year revenue increase and a 131.4% improvement over the previous annual record. Additionally, I led the team to set five new all-time monthly revenue records, including a peak month that outperformed the previous high by 195%.I spearheaded initiatives designed to increase internal collaboration that boosted investment referrals by 220% year-over-year, deepening engagement and contributing to a 36% increase in AUM. This performance positioned us as the second fastest growing program out of nearly 300 at our broker-dealer.
