The Director serves as a strategic partner and financial resource for negotiations, valuations, assessments and other activities required to close major Trinity Health transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, joint operating companies, management agreements and other new venture development opportunities. Transaction support occurs across the continuum and includes acute, non-hospital and post-acute service providers. The Director provides organizational governance support.
