The success comes from a culmination of skills. The top three that I credit my success to are:1) Failing - I\'m really good at failing and like to think i\'m just as good at learning from it.2) Curiosity - I\'ve learned to put my pride aside to be okay with not knowing anything and ask questions.3) Frameworks - I LOVE frameworks when it comes to making decisions. Especially when it comes to understanding how people will respond to decisions and change management.
