My diverse background has given me a unique skill set and deep understanding of effective communication and marketing strategy.Presently, I am a sixth-semester full-time student at Salt Lake Community College pursuing an AS in Business, with a focus on digital marketing. I have excelled in classes like Marketing 1045 and Business 2200 and aspire to earn a Bachelor\'s degree in Digital Marketing.I honed my social media management skills through my internship at Stone Mountain Castings & Design, where I spent 5-10 hours a week brainstorming, creating, editing, and posting social media content on Instagram and Facebook using Meta Business Suite. My expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator helped me execute successful social media campaigns and increase engagement for the company.At 1-800 Contacts, I gained valuable experience in customer service, team leadership, and project management as a Customer Support Expert. I provided support to call center agents and coached and led them to better performance. I also managed a special project updating the internal resource page using SharePoint and Excel.As a full-time Optician at South Valley Optical through SeekWell, I am passionate about helping patients style their eyewear and delivering excellent customer service. My event planning and networking skills were showcased as I successfully coordinated a day of free eye exams and glasses with non-profit organizations like American Indian Services.In my free time, I love to find a new recipe and cook something new (mainly cookies). I love to test renditions of a recipe and see how well I can perfect it. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at home with all of my favorite cleaning supplies, a Dyson vacuum, and some good cleaning tunes blasting. If not at home, you’ll find me lifting weights and getting my heart levels moving in the gym, getting crafty with a new project, or catching a hot spot to eat in Salt Lake City with close friends.With a passion for digital marketing and a diverse skill set, I am eager to continue growing in this field and making sh*t happen.
