This includes sales, strategic planning, execution of budgets and targets, expense control and staff management are central to this role. As GM, I develop annual strategies for achieving sales targets, work closely with Product Development to create & evolve our solutions so that they meet the needs of our clients and the industry. Part of this role also involves coordinating sales related efforts amongst the sister companies & being available to assist the sales team with lead generation and project scoping.As GM, I also work closely with the Director of Business Development in order to develop industry partnerships and government partnerships.
