About Brian Buckley
With over 30 years of complex commercial litigation experience—both as a law firm lawyer and Associate General Counsel at Amazon—I have represented companies of all sizes, across a wide variety of industries, helping them avoid, defend, prosecute, and resolve high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including consumer class actions, intellectual property disputes, trademark and copyright litigation, trade secret and non-compete disputes, securities and corporate governance litigation, and internal investigations. I am also a first-chair trial lawyer and have tried cases to judges and juries in federal and state courts across the country, as well as handling complex arbitration hearings. My primary goal is to provide exceptional client service and crisp, practical, actionable advice to help corporate clients at the highest levels make informed business decisions about smart risk. Throughout my career, I have also devoted substantial time to pro bono work, focusing in particular on issues affecting women, children, and the indigent.
