   Representative engagement work includes the following:Engaged as President and Head of Operations for a Trusted Third Party responsible for patient deidentification in data sets between pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies. Services allow for commercial analytics of data while remaining HIPAA compliant. Responsibilities include oversight of company’s functional areas, including customer service, technology management and hosting services, account management, data privacy, and compliance. While serving in that capacity, brought the organization to SOC2 Type 2 compliance, while increasing revenues and profitability. Served as Program Manager for the full lifecycle software development of a $2B global pharmaceutical service provider. The Program, with a $5M annual budget, consisted of 15 separate initiatives led by 5 PMs, and over 100 resources across 8 functional departments.Provided oversight and coordination for suite of offerings to collect and harmonize patient script and claims data, as well as develop and deploy solutions to deliver anonymized patient longitudinal data (APLD) delilverables to clients. Offerings included patient and prescriber views of data, as well as retail, mail order, and specialty pharmaceutical sources of data.Served as Program Manager for a department-wide change initiative for an organization that facilitated payments to investigators participating in clinical trials. Lead current state process mapping exercise, facilitated future state discussions, and coordinated over 60 internal resources who participated in the program across several workstreams that focused on different areas of the change initiative (Standards, Collaboration, Technology, etc.)Served as Program Manager for a $1B pharmaceutical company to implement IT Service Mgmt Process Improvement solutions by leveraging the ITIL Framework. Established department-wide KPIs to identify opportunities for further process improvement.
