   Vistage is a unique opportunity for senior executives and business owners to get unbiased advice from a group of other executives & owners about their most challenging business issues. As the Vistage Chair, I assemble the group and vet members carefully to ensure that everyone has both the business qualifications and personal attributes to be a valuable contributor to the team. Meeting each member in a monthly one-on-one session, I act as a mentor, advisor, and sounding board. I listen carefully, ask challenging questions, and help to clarify thinking and hone messaging. In monthly group meetings, each executive shares issues and hears from other executives whose only agenda is to provide guidance and counsel to aid them in making the best decisions. Members ask tough questions - often the questions that employees are thinking but are reluctant to ask. Eight times each year, the monthly meeting includes an interactive workshop by thought leaders to help members adapt the most current business thinking into their organizations.
