I hate the transactional element of recruitment, this is why Creegan Talent was born. I look to partner with CEOs, investors, MDs and senior stakeholders to elevate the people experience within their businesses. I build high performing teams, deliver commercial HR solutions, undertake training and create robust strategies that help business become more profitable through their people.My recruitment operations experience in the UK and Europe from Business Manager to Director coupled with creating a business improvement programme for the world\'s largest family owned recruitment company has led me to creating my own business. In my last role I became known as someone who turned businesses around through creating strong teams, implementing improved procedures as well as being commercially sound, getting teams to work with candidates and clients as partners.In the last 30+ years’ I have gained experience in various sectors. Throughout my management career I have strived to constantly develop people and processes in order to be profitable and offer a service that outweighs the competition. I am always keen to connect with sports people and people working within sporting organisations in order to understand how they get that extra 1% and I believe that businesses can learn from sport and vice-versa.I am based in the splendid coastal town of Montrose, in the North East of Scotland but can deliver training and recruitment services remotely as well as business improvement part remote, part onsite.
