Back to California to lead sales and distribution for a new, premium craft beer company. We hit the ground running on my first day. Immediately in discussions with co-founders on our packaging/branding, retail marketing strategy, and assets. Championed redesign of original can graphics to a more retail/shopper-friendly label with continued minor improvements and growth.Survey regional craft footprint, develop pricing structure; identify top 250 key craft accounts.Lead developer of POS/marketing assets; forecasting, hiring, training, team SOPs, routing, budgeting, daily ops and market-data research. Develop delivery routing and schedules, assisted the warehouse with pre-transport packing protocols.Launch confirmed, July 21, 2022. Onward to kegging and canning with self-distribution begining July 22, with upwards to sixty presold accounts awaiting delivery. Within 90 days, 100 local on/off-premise accounts. Delivery driver/Merchandiser hired in August followed by our first Account Manager.January 2023, Successfully secured Spring schematics in select Safeway locations with our Core Four brands. Noteworthy: 30-month end saddle display.
