I have been working in the credit union industry for 10 years and have helped hundreds of credit unions use CUES resources to build skills for their team members – strengthening current leaders and preparing the next generation to push their organization into the future. I also lead three of CUES core products:• CUES eVote: We provide concierge-level service and a secure voting platform to credit unions needing electronic voting for board elections, merger votes, bylaw amendments, etc. Online nominations and petitions, as well as live voting, are available.• CUES Online University: We offer cost-effective compliance training that meets regulatory requirements and offers easy set up and reporting.• CUES First Line of Defense: We offer scenario-based fraud training that is updated quarterly and provides frontline staff the opportunity to practice identifying red flags and common fraud schemes. CUES focuses on talent and leadership development. We work primarily with credit union CEOs, executives, future leaders and board members to strengthen the credit union industry by strengthening those who lead it.
