Managing operations at Motion\'s largest facility, I oversea five main areas of operations-Warehouse and Logistics: maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for local and provincial purchases of mobility equipment-Service: assess and repair mobility equipment at rehabilitation hospitals, in long term care facilities, and in client homes-Production: oversea daily production schedule for simple and complex home mobility devices, including complex assistive devices-Custom Seating: direct custom manufacturing team who design and build custom seating and positioning products for our clients based on their individual needs. This may include but is not limited to fabricating seats, backs and other positioning products, designing and creating moulds and fittings of custom seating, and modifying and adapting current seating systems-Facilities: maintain the daily operations of our Toronto location, including light repairs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and office management.
