Prior to that, I was a Business Process Management Consultant for 5 years, working within a tier one program at Nationwide Financial Retirement Plans. There, I focused on Process Mapping/Definition and Process Inventory Management. in that role, I also gained experience using MS Power Automate, MS Power BI and Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. My other focuses are generative AI, process automation, and other types of innovation. I am a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Scrum Master, and a Business Analyst through Muskingum\'s Analyst Certification Program via Nationwide. Prior to Nationwide, I worked for 14 years at Safe Auto Insurance Company, which includes over 7 years of experience using SQL, daily.
