GRC professional based out of ATX currently working as the SOC 2 Senior Program Manager @ GitHub. During my career I have been fortunate to have spent time with the Big 4 at Deloitte as a Technology Risk Assurance Senior Consultant. Following this I moved over to industry where I\'ve worked at three SaaS providers- GitHub, the foremost software development platform and largest developer community across the globe- Blackbaud, the world\'s leading cloud software company empowering social good- Farm Credit Bank of Texas, a bank which is part of the US Farm Credit System that also offers E2E lending platforms and associated technology to its customers.These experiences have tailored my IT risk management expertise and granted me a strong understanding of SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, and NIST 800-53.During my free-time I am an avid artist who specializes in portraits.    Mar 2025 — Present

   Senior Program Manager for GitHub\'s SOC 2 function, which includes reports covering the GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Copilot Enterprise and Copilot Business, and GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency market offerings- Cooperated with GitHub’s Security-GRC Program Manager over PCI to assist in achieving PCI DSS v4.0.1 compliance- Worked cross-collaboratively with key product stakeholders to successfully achieve compliance on two new major products, Copilot and GHEC with data residency, that represent hundreds of million dollars of revenue and onboarded these products into GitHub’s SOC reports- Provided feedback to business stakeholders on regulatory/industry better practices with regard to establishment and operation of internal controls.
