I joined Strickland Brothers in late 2023 as the first CDO to help lead the development related teams and growth initiatives. Our Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change brand has over 265 locations with both corporate and franchise operations, and we currently operate in over 20 states. In my role, I report directly to the Founder & CEO of Strickland Brothers, and I have the privilege of leading a number of different functions, including our Real Estate, Construction, Project Management, Facilities, and Franchise Development teams.In 2023, our teams successfully opened 113 new locations, and we ended the year with 227 operating Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change locations across both our corporate and franchisee network. This growth could not have been achieved without all the different teams at SBOC working tirelessly, especially our field operation teams in each of the different markets where we operate, as well as the support provided from our private equity partners at Princeton Equity Group.
